参数化CAPP在控制阀行业的应用

摘要 根据控制阀系列产品开发和数字化智能制造的需要,本文提出了一种利用计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)软件,通过系列化产品零部件的结构相似性,归纳总结其工艺特点,进行典型工序模板设计,并将参数化的工程尺寸和制程工艺参数纳入工艺知识库,进行工艺参数化框架设计,展示了系列化产品快速批量生成工艺文件的一种简便方案,同时生产制造所需的工艺参数和检验数据以数字化方式输出,为智能制造奠定基础,有效地提升工艺设计效率和生产制造水平。 According to the development requirements of serialized control valve products,this paper proposes a way of process parametric framework design in a computer-aided process planning(CAPP)software through the structural similarity of serialized product parts,summarizing the process features,designing typical process template,incorporating the parameterized engineering dimensions and process parameters into the process knowledge base data.This way shows a simple scheme for rapid batch generation of process documents for serialized products.At the same time,the process parameters and inspection data required for manufacturing are output in a digital way,which lays the foundation for intelligent manufacturing and effectively improves the efficiency of process design and the level of manufacturing.
