伦理敏感性影响因素分析

摘要 伦理敏感性是伦理行为的逻辑起点和初始成分。通过对303名理工科大学生的伦理敏感性进行调查,发现:(1)我国理工科大学生的伦理敏感性水平较低,略低于国外理工科专业的学生;(2)伦理敏感性较弱,缺乏强烈的伦理动机;(3)高年级学生的伦理敏感性水平低于低年级学生,且伦理敏感性在性别、专业类别、院校类型、年级和学历上没有显著差异;(4)科技伦理教育显著影响伦理敏感性水平。建议从借鉴国外完整系统的科技伦理教育经验、针对高年级的学生进行灵活开放的科技伦理教育、运用多种形式扩大科技伦理教育范围等方面进一步提升理工科大学生伦理敏感性水平。 Ethical sensitivity is the logical starting point and initial component of ethical behavior.Through a survey of 303 science and technology university students’ethical sensitivity,the findings are as follows:(1)The level of ethical sensitivity of Chinese science and technology university students is relatively low,slightly lower than that of foreign science and technology majors;(2)They have weak ethical sensitivity and lack strong ethical motivation;(3)The level of ethical sensitivity of senior students is lower than that of junior students,and there are no significant differences in ethical sensitivity in terms of gender,major categories,types of universities,grades,and education levels;(4)The ethical education of science and technology significantly affects the level of ethical sensitivity.It is recommended that we should further enhance the ethical sensitivity level of science and technology university students by learning from the complete and systematic experience of science and technology ethics education abroad,providing flexible and open science and technology ethics education for senior students,and expanding the scope of science and technology ethics education in various forms.
