基于数字孪生的物料分拣教学实验平台设计

摘要 针对许多院校存在教学设备不足与场地限制等问题,基于数字孪生技术,通过NX MCD三维机械模型设计、虚拟PLC环境设计和PLC控制程序设计等,设计了一套物料分拣教学实验平台,实现教学设备数字化。在该实验平台中,将NX MCD中建立的传送带、推料机构、挡料机构等机械模型作为被控对象,将PLCSIM Advanced中创建的虚拟PLC作为控制器,通过建立NX MCD与PLC之间的信号映射,使虚拟PLC可通过程序来控制虚拟机械模型动作,实现教学实验的数字化。 In order to solve the problems of insufficient teaching equipment and limited training field in many institutions,based on digital twin technology,we built a material sorting teaching experimental platform through NX MCD three-dimensional modeling design,PLC virtual environment design,and PLC program design.In this experimental platform,mechanical models such as conveyor belts,pushing mechanisms,and blocking mechanisms established in NX MCD are used as the controlled objects,and virtual PLC created in PLCSIM Advanced is used as the controller.Virtual PLC can control the actions of the virtual mechanical model through PLC programs by establishing signal mapping between NX MCD and PLC,thus realizing the digitization of the teaching experiments.
