建设文化强国是新时代新的文化使命的重要内容,习近平文化思想为其提供理论指导与实践遵循。以习近平文化思想为行动指南推进文化强国建设,应把握其认识论层面的概念、本体论层面的内容和实践论层面的举措,建构关于文化强国的逻辑闭环。在认识论层面,以厘定文化强国的核心概念作为研究前提,阐释其“中观”文化限定和双重“意涵”的强国形象构建,对其内涵与外延作出界定。在本体论层面,要以澄明文化强国的内容体系作为分析的重点,依次明确其在社会文明领域关于思想观念、精神面貌、文明风尚、行为规范提出的具体要求,在国家文化软实力层面围绕“古今中西”四维彰显出文化的多重力量,在中华文化的世界影响层面实现由器物、行为拓深至价值观层级。在实践论层面,要以习近平文化思想为指导,坚持中国共产党的领导,激发全民族文化创新创造活力,繁荣发展文化事业和文化产业。
