双模式健康教育配合动机访谈对老年慢性支气管炎患者的效果

摘要 目的探讨双模式健康教育配合动机访谈应用于老年慢性支气管炎患者的效果。方法80例老年慢性支气管炎患者随机分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施双模式健康教育配合动机访谈。比较两组的疾病不确定感、情绪状态以及自我护理能力。结果干预3个月后,观察组的MUIS-A、SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,ESCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双模式健康教育配合动机访谈能够降低老年慢性支气管炎患者的疾病不确定感,改善其情绪状态以及自我护理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of dual-mode health education combined with motivation interview applied in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given dual-mode health education combined with motivation interview.The disease uncertainty,emotional state and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the MUIS-A score,SAS score and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the ESCA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dual-mode health education combined with motivation interview can reduce the disease uncertainty of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,and improve their emotional state and self-care ability.
