中药有效成分治疗病毒性肺炎的研究进展

Research Progress in Treating Viral Pneumonia with Active Components of Chinese Medicine

病毒性肺炎是一种急性呼吸道传染病,是由病毒感染所导致的。不同种类的呼吸道病毒在感染鼻腔、咽喉后向下发展导致了肺部炎症性病变,有些致病病毒具有很高的感染性,可以侵入人体的重要器官,对人体造成巨大的危害。例如近年来在全球爆发的新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)肺炎,已经严重威胁了人类的生命健康安全,因此找到安全有效治疗病毒性肺炎的药物至关重要,而中药中含有很多具有抗病毒作用的生物活性物质,可通过抑制病毒复制、调节免疫功能、抑制炎症反应等方面发挥作用,对治疗病毒性肺炎有积极作用。本文综述了近十年中药有效成分治疗病毒性肺炎的相关文献,整理了常用于治疗病毒性肺炎的中药有效成分及其作用机制,以期为病毒性肺炎的防治和药物研发提供参考。

Viral pneumonia is an acute respiratory disease caused by viral infections.Different respiratory viruses move downward after invading the nose and throat,leading to inflammatory lesions in lungs.Some pathogenic viruses are highly infectious and can invade vital organs,causing great harm to the human body.For example,the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)globally seriously threatened the life and health safety of human beings.Therefore,it is crucial to find safe and effective drugs for the treatment of viral pneumonia.Chinese medicine contains diverse active components with antiviral effects.These active components can play a role in the treatment of viral pneumonia by inhibiting viral replication,regulating immune functions,and suppressing inflammatory responses,demonstrating positive effects in the treatment of viral pneumonia.This paper reviews the articles about the treatment of viral pneumonia with active components of Chinese medicine in the past ten years and summarizes the active components of Chinese medicine commonly used in the treatment of viral pneumonia and their mechanisms of action,with a view to providing reference for the prevention and treatment of viral pneumonia and the research and development of medicines.
