摘要
用16株红曲霉分别接种酵母浸膏蔗糖培养基(YSM)和土豆葡萄糖培养基(PDM),并采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测了培养基中桔霉素的含量,以观察不同培养条件对红曲霉产桔霉素的影响。结果发现,红曲霉于YSM中27℃静置培养14d时,有13株产桔霉素,其含量为2~192mg/L不等;而在PDM中35℃振荡培养8d时,只有4株产桔霉素,其含量在3~21mg/L之间;在两种培养条件下均产桔霉素的有4株,且均为安卡红曲霉。
The two submerg ed cultures of 16Monascus strains were determined for the presence of citrinin by hig h performance liquid chromatog raphy.In13out of the16strains cultured in yeast extract and sucrose medium,citrinin detected rang es from2to192mg /L.In4out of the16strains cultured in potato dextrose medium,citrinin detected rang es from3to21mg /L.Citrinin has been detected in these two cultures of 4Monascus strains.The production of citrinin is related to culture media and culture conditions.
