中药复方及单体治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎作用机制的研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulas and Monomers in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统常见病,其病程绵延、病情反复且癌变风险较高,严重危害着患者的生理和心理健康,因此也受到人们的高度关注。近年来,随着研究的持续深入,中医药以其独特的优势,在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎方面取得了显著成效。中药复方具有多靶点、多途径、多环节的优势,在慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗中发挥抑制幽门螺杆菌感染、改善炎症微环境、调控细胞增殖、调控胃肠道激素等作用。中药单体具有活性成分较单一、作用机制较清晰、便于基础研究的特点,与复方共同为干预治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎提供了新的思路和治疗方案。现将中药复方及单体治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用及机制进展做一总结,以期为今后慢性萎缩性胃炎的防治提供临床依据。

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common digestive system disease characterized by a prolonged course,recurrent symptoms,and a high risk of malignancy.It severely impacts both the physiological and psychological health of patients,drawing significant attention.In recent years,with ongoing research,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis due to its unique advantages.TCM formulas offer an integrated approach with multiple targets,pathways,and links,playing roles in inhibiting Helicobacter pylori infection,improving the inflammatory microenvironment,repairing gastric mucosal damage,regulating cell proliferation,and modulating gastrointestinal hormones.TCM monomers,with their relatively simple active components,clear mechanisms of action,and suitability for basic research,complement the formulas by providing new perspectives and treatment strategies for chronic atrophic gastritis.This paper summarizes the advances in the mechanisms and effects of TCM formulas and monomers in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,aiming to provide clinical evidence for future prevention and treatment strategies.
