摘要
随着中国高速公路网规划建设的不断完善,如何在多种因素约束下编制科学合理的网级养护序列模型,是中国高速公路管养部门面临的主要问题之一。目前养护序列相关研究多以养护时机为契点单独展开,忽略了路况水平、养护成本等因素随着时间维度产生的动态变化,与养护过程中受多维度约束的现实情况严重不符。针对此状况,以考虑时间维度为基础,建立了动态子网级高速公路预防养护序列编制模型。首先,在最佳预防养护时间段理论的基础上对管养流程进行优化,提出了更切合实际的网级沥青路面预防养护决策流程。其次,将最佳预防养护时间段分割为N个阶段,分别引入时间权重,将动态因素值随时间维度变化的问题转化为多阶段决策型问题。最后,再基于模糊型权重未知的灰色关联分析法,搭建一套考虑时间维度的动态子网级养护序列编制模型,并以甘肃省某子网级高速公路沥青路面作为案例,在确定其最佳预防养护方案、时间段,且忽略子网级之间资金分配约束的基础上进行分析。结果表明:在考虑时间维度的前提下,本研究模型可高效地对甘肃省某子网级高速公路沥青路面的养护序列进行编制。
With the continuous improvement on China’s expressway network planning and construction,how to compile scientific and reasonable network-level maintenance sequence models with various constraints is one of the main issues that expressway maintenance departments facing in China.The current related studies on maintenance sequence mostly focus on the maintenance timing as a point of convergence,ignoring the road condition levels and maintenance cost values dynamically varying with time dimension.That is seriously inconsistent with the reality of multi-dimensional constraints during maintenance.In view of this situation,the preventive maintenance sequence compilation model for dynamic subnet-level expressway was established based on the time dimension.First,the maintenance process was optimized based on the theory of optimal preventive maintenance time segment.The more applicable network-level asphalt pavement preventive maintenance decision-making process was proposed.Second,the optimal preventive maintenance time segment was divided into N stages,and the time weights were introduced respectively.The issue about dynamic factor values varying with time dimension was transformed into the multi-stage decision-making issue.Finally,based on the fuzzy-type weight-unknown grey relational analysis method,a set of preventive maintenance sequence compilation model for dynamic subnet-level expressway considering time dimension was established.A subnet-level expressway asphalt pavement in Gansu province was taken as the case study.On the basis of ignoring constraints of fund allocation among subnet-levels,the optimal preventive maintenance scheme and the time segment were determined.The result indicates that the proposed model can efficiently compile the maintenance sequence of subnet-level expressway asphalt pavement in Gansu province considering the time dimension.
