云连接论视域下高职英语“三抓三促”教学实践

摘要 本文参照云连接论,利用互动式研讨提升个体认知和群体认知,提高学生职场语言运用能力;通过“关键事件”使学生产生情感“共振”和心灵“共鸣”,提升学生高职英语兴趣黏着力;通过需求满足、成功体验,把“合同契约”引导成为“心理契约”,提升学生学习行动力。实践证明,从以上三方面联动发力,能使学生在高职英语学习上产生自主发展的力量感、获得持久向上的生长感、拥有自我实现的信念感。 Based on the cloud interconnectedness theory,this essay puts forward a strategy summarized as English ability promotion through cognitive,social and emotional interconnectedness.This strategy covers three key points.Promoting individual and collective cognitive interconnectedness through interactive discussion can improve students’workplace language using ability.Inducing emotional resonance and sympathetic response by making Critical Incidents can arouse students’interest adherence to English learning.Transforming contractual agreement into psychological agreement by meeting requirement and experiencing success can improve students’devotion into English learning.By using these strategies,students can not only gain capability development but also acquire confidence in English learning and self-fulfillment.
