摘要
3-羟基丙酸(3-HP)作为一种重要的平台化学品,是多种化合物的前体,展现出重要的科学及应用价值。本文综述了近年来微生物合成3-HP的研究进展,针对3-HP微生物合成中研究较多的丙二酰辅酶A途径、甘油途径、β-丙氨酸途径以及其他途径,在新型底盘、碳源拓展、关键酶及途径优化等方面进行了系统性总结。此外,对人工设计的非天然代谢途径以及部分特殊合成途径进行了整理,并对未来进一步提升微生物合成3-HP的研究方向进行了展望。
3-Hydroxypropionic acid(3-HP),as an important platform chemical,is widely used as a precursor for a variety of compounds and has important scientific and applied value.Herein,we reviewed the research progress of 3-HP microbial synthesis in recent years.With regards to the most studied pathways in 3-HP microbial synthesis,such as malonyl-CoA pathway,glycerol pathway,andβ-alanine pathway,we summarized the related research on new chassis,carbon source expansion,key enzymes and pathway optimization,etc.In addition,we outlined the artificially designed non-natural metabolic pathways and some special synthetic pathways,and provided the outlook for future research direction in terms of further improving microbial 3-HP synthesis.
