摘要
以实际案例为基础,对卸料板镶件结构进行研究,分析其失效的原因,针对这些问题,通过对卸料板镶件受载荷位置进行加厚,并对卸料板镶件垫片的材料、厚度进行规范化管理,提升了卸料板镶件稳定性并延长了其使用寿命。
Based on the actual case,the structure of the stripper plate insert was deeply studied,the reason of its failure was analyzed that it caused by unreasonable design of die structure.In or⁃der to solve these problems,by thickening the loading position of the stripper plate insert,and stan⁃dardizing the material and thickness of the stripper plate insert gasket,which improved the stabili⁃ty of the stripper plate insert and extended its service life.
