解磷细菌与磷肥混施对小青菜光合作用、生长及品质的影响

Effects of Application Phosphorus Solubilizing Bacteria Combined with Phosphorus Fertilizer on Photosynthesis,Growth,Quality of Small Bok Choy

摘要 为探究解磷细菌与磷肥混施对小青菜光合作用、生长及品质的影响,采用盆栽实验设计单施磷肥(T1)、施加培养基(T2)、单施解磷菌(T3)、菌磷混施(T4)、加水(CK)5个处理分析菌磷混施对小青菜光合作用、生长及品质的影响。结果表明:相同施肥条件下,施加解磷菌(T4)相比于单施磷肥(T1)可以显著提高小青菜的叶片数、株高、根长、根体积、生物量、叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、Vc含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量,显著降低叶片中硝态氮含量;相同接菌条件下,加施磷肥(T4)组小青菜根系发达,叶片数、株高、根长、根体积、生物量、叶绿素含量、Pn、Gs、Tr、Vc、得到显著提高,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋、硝态氮白含量相比于单施解磷菌(T3)无显著差异;T3处理的Vc含量显著高于T4处理。因此综合考虑,菌磷混施处理可以显著提高小青菜的光合作用和Vc含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量,显著降低硝态氮含量,进而促进其生长并提高品质。 A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of applying phosphorus solubilizing bacteria(PSB)combined with phosphorus fertilizer on the photosynthesis,growth,and quality of small bok choy.Five treatments were set:application of phosphorus fertilizer alone(T1),a sterile culture medium(T2),PSB alone(T3),combined application of PSB and phosphorus fertilizer(T4),and water as the control(CK).The results showed that with the same phosphorus fertilization,adding PSB(T4)significantly increased leaf number,plant height,root length,root volume,biomass,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),vitamin C(Vc)content,soluble sugar content,and soluble protein content,while significantly reducing leaf nitrate content compared to T1.Under the same inoculation,adding phosphorus fertilizer(T4)promoted root development and significantly enhanced leaf number,plant height,root length,root volume,biomass,chlorophyll content,Pn,Gs,and Tr.Soluble sugar,soluble protein,and nitrate nitrogen levels showed no significant difference between T4 and T3.However,T3 resulted in significantly higher Vc content than T4.Overall,the combined application of PSB and phosphorus fertilizer(T4)markedly improves photosynthesis,increases Vc,soluble sugar,and soluble protein contents,and reduces nitrate nitrogen content,thereby enhancing growth and improving the quality of small bok choy.
