在我国城市更新工作注重基础设施建设的背景下,近年来南京市大力开展菜市场旧改工作,由此诞生了一批活力度较高的菜市场街区。文章选取科巷菜市场街区作为典型案例,通过对热力图、人口构成、业态构成等数据的收集与分析,探索菜市场街区活力的影响因素,最终确定公共交通设施、人口年龄构成和业态构成是影响菜市场街区活力的因素。

Against the backdrop of emphasizing infrastructure construction in urban renewal work in China,Nanjing has vigorously carried out the renovation of old vegetable markets in recent years,giving rise to a group of vibrant vegetable market blocks.This paper selected Kexiang vegetable market block as a typical case,and through the collection and analysis of data such as heat maps,population composition,and business format composition,etc.,explored the factors that affected the vitality of the vegetable market block.Ultimately,it is determined that public transportation facilities,population age composition,and business format composition are the factors that affect the vitality of the vegetable market block.
