2020—2022年遵义医科大学附属口腔医院消毒监测结果分析

Analysis of disinfection efficacy monitoring results in stomatological hospital affiliated to Zunyi Medical University from 2020 to 2022

摘要 目的了解遵义医科大学附属口腔医院消毒、灭菌及环境卫生学现状,识别薄弱环节,提出改进对策,为医院感染管理工作提供参考。方法对2020—2022年遵义医科大学附属口腔医院的诊疗用水、医务人员手卫生、物体表面、空气、消毒器械和使用中消毒剂等项目的消毒质量开展连续性监测,采样及检查方法参照《消毒技术规范》《医院消毒卫生标准》等相关标准,统计学分析用SPSS 23.0软件,合格率差异比较用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2020—2022年共采样监测样品1216份,总体合格率为93.67%(1139/1216)。3年合格率分别为95.09%(271/285)、93.56%(334/357)、93.03%(534/574),合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.368,P=0.505)。在不同监测项目中,使用中消毒液和物体表面合格率较高(100.00%、97.94%),诊疗用水和医务人员手卫生合格率相对较低(90.24%、85.77%),不同监测项目的合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=49.564,P<0.001)。各项目中仅有诊疗用水3年合格率呈现出逐年上升的趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=8.528,P=0.014),其余项目3年合格率差异均无统计学意义。结论2020—2022年遵义医科大学附属口腔医院的消毒、灭菌及环境卫生学状况整体质量较好,但诊疗用水、医务人员手卫生的合格率相对较低,存在潜在医院感染风险,需要得到妥善识别和管理。 Objective To understand the current status of disinfection,sterilization and environmental hygiene in Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Zunyi Medical University,to identify weak links and propose improvement measures,and to provide reference for nosocomial infection management.Methods Continuous monitoring of the disinfection quality was conducted for the clinical water,hand hygiene of medical personnel,surfaces,air,disinfection equipment,and in-use disinfectants in Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Zunyi Medical University from 2020 to 2022.Sampling and inspection methods were referenced according to relevant standards such as the Disinfection Technical Specifications and the Hospital Disinfection Sanitation Standards.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 23.0 software,and Chi-square test was used to compare the difference between pass rates.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results From 2020 to 2022,a total of 1216 samples were collected and monitored,with an overall pass rate of 93.67%(1139/1216).The pass rates for the three years were 95.09%(271/285),93.56%(334/357)and 93.03%(534/574),respectively,with no statistically significant differences in the pass rate(χ^(2)=1.368,P=0.505).Among the different monitoring items,the in-use disinfectants and object surfaces had higher pass rates(100.00%and 97.94%),while the clinical water and medical staff hand hygiene had relatively lower pass rates(90.24%and 85.77%).The comparison of pass rates among different monitoring items showed a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=49.564,P<0.001).Only the clinical water demonstrated a significant trend of increasing pass rates over the three years(χ_(trend)^(2)=8.528,P=0.014),while the other items did not show statistically significant differences in the pass rate over the three years.Conclusions From 2020 to 2022,the overall quality of disinfection,sterilization and environmental hygiene in Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Zunyi Medical University was good.However,the pass rates for clinical water and medical staff hand hygiene were relatively low,indicating a potential risk of nosocomial infection.This requires proper identification and management.
