随着全民素质的提高,以及越来越多的博物馆实行免费开放政策,更多的人愿意走进博物馆了解人类历史,形成了“博物馆热”的社会现象。因此,在这种形势下博物馆的讲解服务质量的提高迫在眉睫,尤其是讲解员在直面参观者,代表着博物馆的形象。因此,博物馆的讲解员尤其重要,不仅要掌握相应的陈列展览知识,还要有讲解技巧。本文主要就“博物馆热”新形势下博物馆讲解员目前面临的现状以及博物馆如何提升讲解服务质量作出探讨。

With the improvement of the quality of the whole people and the free opening policy of more and more museums,more people are willing to go into museums to learn about human history,forming the social phenomenon of"museum fever".Therefore,in this situation,it is urgent to improve the quality of the museum's explanation service,especially the role of the docent,who faces the audience directly and represents the public image of the museum.Museum docents are particularly important,not only to master the corresponding exhibition knowledge,but also to explain the skills.This paper mainly discusses the current situation of museum docents under the new situation of"museum fever"and how to improve the quality of museum explanation service.
