Appraisal Vital Force and Storage Method of Sugarbeet Pollen

将甜菜花粉分别在干燥器内、室温下、冰箱中保藏,结果表明,在冰箱中保藏的甜菜花粉生命力较强。试验结果还表明,用红墨水鉴定甜菜花粉生命力的方法简单、经济、易行。

This paper discussed storage of sugarbeet's pollen at drying basin,into refrigerator and at indoor temperature,respectively.The results show that method stored pollen into refrigerator is better the one in indoor temperature.According to the research,the method to approbate pollen vital force of sugarbeet by red ink is simple,economic and available.
