基于北斗时空码的城市空间数字底座设计与实现关键技术探究

摘要 为了打造高效、统一、标准、精准的时空数据底板,构建全空间数据体系,设计基于北斗时空码的城市空间数字底座,实现多源异构数据汇聚、融合治理,以及城市级海量三维数据的高效、高逼真渲染和多维可视化表达等,为“一网统管”建设、城市管理信息化和政务数据利用提供标准统一的时空数据服务平台,并以呼伦贝尔市为例,以期基于北斗网格码的可定制、高效率、可扩展等特性为新型智慧城市建设添砖加瓦。 To create an efficient,unified,standardized and precise spatio-temporal data base and establish a full spa-tial data system,this paper designs an urban digital base utilizing BeiDou spatio-temporal code.Key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous data aggregation,fusion governance,efficient and highly realistic rendering of massive 3D data at the city level,and multidimensional visualization expression are implemented to provide a stan-dardized and unified spatiotemporal data service platform for the construction of"An intergrated network for urban operations",urban management informatization,and government data utilization.Taking Hulunbuir City as an ex-ample,based on the customizable,efficient,and scalable characteristics of the Beidou grid code,it aims to contrib-ute to the construction of a new smart city.
