液氢贮存及使用中安全监测技术的研究

摘要 研制了一套新的氢气检漏、浓度监测与超安全浓度自动报警系统。系统采用了新研制的QJC 1防爆型氢敏传感器 ,并应用先进的MCS 96系列的单片微机 ,组成一个多通道、多功能的智能系统。可远距离监测 0 0 0 1%~ 2 %的氢气浓度。通过宇航动力试验现场的多次使用 ,取得了良好的效果 ,系统工作稳定可靠 ,具有广泛推广使用的价值。 A new system is introduced in this article. It is used to detect the leakage of hydrogen gas, monitor the concentration and give an alarm automatically while the concentration is out of safe threshold. A new type of sensor developed QJC 1 is used in the system. It is anti blast and sensitive to Hydrogen. The sensor and the MCS 96 single chip microcomputer are integrated into a multi channel and multi function intelligent system. It can measure the concentration of hydrogen gas from 0.001% to 2% at a long distance. It has got excellent result by the repeated usage in the testing field of the astronautical engine system. It works steadily and reliably in practice and is worthy of being widely used.
