摘要
主要对挤压态和 T6态 RS/ PM Al- Si合金的耐磨性进行了研究 ,并与传统耐磨合金 ZL 10 9进行对比。结果表明 :两种状态 RS/ PM Al- Si合金的耐磨性比 ZL10 9合金更为优越 ;相对于挤压态 ,经 T6处理后 RS/ PM Al- Si合金的耐磨及减磨性有一定程度的改善。对磨损机制分析表明 ,RS/ PM Al- Si合金的磨损主要以氧化磨损为主 ,而 ZL10
Wear resistance of the RS/PM Al-Si alloys in the two states was studied and compared with conventional casting wear resistant alloys ZL109 The results show that the wear resistance of the RS/PM Al-Si alloys is improved and wear resistance of the as-T6 alloy is superior to the as-extruded alloy. Wear mechanisms of RS/PM Al-Si and ZL109 alloys were studied. It is shown that the oxidation is dominant in wear of the RS/PM Al-Si alloys, but in wear of the Z1109 alloy, adhesion and plastic stripping is major.
