风味既是食品品质的重要指标 ,其变化又决定着食品保质期 (货架寿命 ) ,因此防止风味物质的逸散与异味物质的渗入具有重要的意义 ,而食品的包装薄膜的阻隔性成为关键。故研究快速、有效地测定塑料包装薄膜对风味物质的阻隔性 。
Flavor is the key target of food quality , and its change determines the expiration date of food . Therefore it is significant that how to prevent the exhalation of original flavor and permeation of different flavors . So the shieldability of food packaging membrane becomes the most important . It is vital to find a quick and effective way to research and examine the shieldability of plastic food packaging menbrane to the flavor foods so as to choose a suitable shieldability material.
