急诊溶栓结合中药治疗急性心肌梗塞疗效分析

目的观察急诊溶栓结合中药治疗急性心肌梗塞-012.的疗效。方法对$(例急性心肌梗塞患者予链激酶-34.或尿激酶-54.作急诊溶栓治疗并配合中药治疗。结果急诊溶栓再通率34治疗者为6)%))7，54治疗者为/8%/#7；各种并发症出现少。结论急诊溶栓可进一步缩短012心肌早期再灌注的时间，而结合中医辨证施治，有助于改善心肌代谢，降低并发症，可改善预后。

Objective:T o observe the curative effect of eme rgency treatment dissolve bolt combine with TCM treating AMI.Methods:21patients with AMI were treated with emergency tr eatment di ssolve bolt used SK or UK combined with the TCM therapy.Results:The emergency treatment dissolve bolt repass ratio treated with SK was 50.00% ,the repass ratio was 63.64%treated with UK.And there was little appeara nce of all sorts of complica-tion.Conclusion:The emergency treatment dissolve bolt could shorten the cardiac muscle forepart reaffusing time of AMI.Moreover ,the treatment combined with the diagnosis and trea tment on the basis of TCM helped to improve the cardiac muscle metaboli ze,reduce the complication and co ul d improve the prognosis.
