摘要
Objective :To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuesaitong Injection on coronary angina p ectoris(CAP).Methods:37patients with CAP were ran-domly divided into the treatment gro up(30cases),which treated with Xue-saitong Injection,and th e contralled group(27cases)treated with Coenzyme A.The basic treatment of two groups i ncluded Vasodilator,a-adrenergic blocking agent and calcium anta goni st.Then to observe the changes of the grade of CAP and the ST-T segment o f EC G in 5days.Rseults:After 5days,the grade CAP and the ST-T of two gro ups were improved.However,the results of the treatment group we re obviously s uperior to that of the c on-trolled group(P<0.05).Conclusison:Xuesaito ng Injection with the basic treatment has a better therapeutic e fficacy in trea ting CAP.
