抗菌性组织调整材料的抗菌效果和固化时间 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察加入银沸石抗菌剂的组织调整材料的抗菌效果及固化时间变化。方法 银沸石按 0 %~ 5 %的重量比混入组织调整材料中 ,通过对反映白色念珠菌生长状况的pH值变化的测定 ,考察上述材料在对照组、唾液组、血清组中的抗菌效果以及对固化时间的测定。结果  2 %重量比以上的加入量在各组中均有明显抗菌效果 ,而固化时间无明显改变。 Objective To investigate the gelation time and antibacte rial effect of antibiotic tissue conditioner meeterial. Methods Silver-zeolite,a new antimicrobial material,was added at concentrations from 1%~ 5% in the powder phase to a tissue conditioner,and the effects of this agent on the gelation time and antibacterial effect of the material in the control,saliva,serum group were examined.Results Each group with more than 2% silver-zeolite in the powder phase had better antibacterial effect,and gelation time was within the clinical acceptable range. Conclusion There are clinical significance for tissue conditionor material with silver-zeolite.
