摘要
目的 建立冲击波负压听器创伤动物模型 ,并评价其稳定性和实用性。方法 将豚鼠置于冲击波负压发生装置的动物舱内 ,观察并分析不同条件下实验性冲击波负压的主要物理参数及豚鼠听觉器官形态和功能变化。结果 共采集和分析 12 6次冲击波负压信号 ,各次波形均呈典型的负压指数曲线 ,负压峰值范围为 15 .6~ 87.2kPa ,降压时间介于 3.0 5 0~ 15 .175ms之间。通过 16 4只豚鼠 318耳的观察 ,发现不同强度冲击波负压暴露后 ,中耳、内耳的形态结构和听功能发生了不同程度的创伤或损害 ,且具有良好的稳定性和重复性。结论 应用冲击波负压发生装置 ,建立了稳定的豚鼠听器冲击波负压创伤模型 。
Objective To found model of auditory organ injuris in animal exposed to blast underpressure and estimate its stability and practicality.Methods The guinea pigs were placed inside the animal cabin of the blast underpressure generator. Several physical parameters of experimental blast underpressure and morphological and function changes of auditory organs in guinea pigs expsosed to underpressure were observed and analysed in different conditions. Results Signals of underpressure were gathered for 126 times and it appeared a typical underpressure exponential curve every time. The range of underpressure peak was 15.6kPa~ 87.2kPa. The duration of pressure declination was between 3.050ms and 15.175ms.The auditory organs were observed in 164 guinea pigs (318ears) exposed to underpressure. It was found that the structure and function of the middle ear and inner ear of the guinea pigs appeared trauma or damage in different degree and furthermore it appeared a good stability and repeatibility.Conclusion The steady model of auditory organ trauma in animal exposed to blast underpressure was founded using guinea pig placed inside blast underpressure generator. It offers a satisfactory foundation for farther studying auditory organ trauma exposed to blast underpressure
