银杏叶提取物对顺铂耳毒性保护作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究银杏叶提取物对顺铂所致耳毒性的拮抗作用。方法 运用杂色健康豚鼠 2 7只 ,随机分为三组 ,I组为生理盐水组 (saline) ;II组为顺铂 (CDDP)组 ,造成损伤模型 ;III组为银杏叶提取物 (Egb +CD DP)组 ,通过观测 3组豚鼠不同时期脑干反应 (ABR)阈值的改变 ,耳蜗铺片外毛细胞形态学的改变及外毛细胞损伤率的比较。结果 银杏叶提取物可以减轻耳蜗外毛细胞的损伤率 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,降低CDDP所致的听阈升高。结论 Egb对顺铂所致的耳毒性具有拮抗作用。 Objective To observe the protective of Ginkgo Biloba Extract(Egb)on ototoxicity of cisplatin(CDDP).Methods twenty-seven guinea pigs were divided into three groups randomly:saline group,CDDP and Egb+CDDP ABR thresholds at different time were measured and hair cells morphic change were observed.At the same time,the number of hair cells vere calculated using the surface specimen technique comparing to that of normal guinea pigs.Results Hair cell loss as well as hearing thresholds show significant differences ( P <0 005)as compared with other two groups.Conclusion Egb had the protective effect against the cochlear ototoxicity of cisplatin.
