摘要
目的 利用氨茶碱与茜素红的显色反应测定氨茶碱注射液有效成分的含量。方法 用 72 1分光光度计 ,建立分光光度法测定氨茶碱的含量。结果 在水溶液中氨茶碱与茜素红发生显色反应 ,产物的最大吸收波长为 5 30mm ,线性范围是 0~ 30mg/L ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 35× 10 4L·moL-1·cm-1。利用拟定的方法测定制剂中药物的含量 ,结果与紫外法相符 ,回收率在 95 %以上。结论 本方法简便快速 ,对药物的测定结果令人满意。
Objective To determine the content of aminophylline through the reaction of aminophylline and alizarin red.Methods Spectrophotometric analysis with 721 spectrophotometer was used.Results The reaction of aminophylline and alizarin red took place in water.The apparent molar obsorptivity was 1 35×10 4L·moL -1 ·cm -1 at530nm.The Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~30mg/L of aminophylline in suppository.Conclusion The method is simple with easily-control reaction conditions and highly satisfactory.
