摘要
在绝食、强饲无氮日粮(NFD)、CP20%(豆粕组)、CP20%(棉粕组)4种处理下,给蛋青鸡每公斤体重静脉一次注射1110MBq[3H]Leu,分别于注射后5min,30min,4h,24h,36h,48h翅静脉采血,测定各时间点去蛋白血浆游离Leu浓度和比放射性活度。结果表明,去蛋白血浆中游离Leu浓度绝食组和NFD组显著低于豆粕组和棉粕组(P<0.05);血浆游离Leu的比放射性活度(SRp),以NFD组与绝食组相近,且较高,棉粕组最低,但4种处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。血浆游离Leu比放射性活度呈显著的指数衰变规律(P<0.05)。
Twenty four young hens (1.5 kg of body weight,BW) were randomly divded into 4 groups.Every group was diet free (FAS) or forcefed a nitrogenfree diet (NFD) or the diet with 20% crude protein in which soybean meal or cottonseed meal was the sole nitrogen source (30 g DM/kg BW).1 100 MBq3HLeucine/kg BW was intravenously injected into all birds just after forcefed or onfasting.Venous blood samples were taken at 5 min,30 min,4 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after injection.Special radioactivities of nonprotein plasma at every timepoint are measured.The study showed that concentrations of free Leucine in plasma of FAS and NFD were significantly lower than that of CP 20% (soybean meal) and CP 20% (cottonseed meal) (\%P\%<0.05).Specific radioactivities of free Leucine in plasma in NFD and FAS were similar and higher and that of CP 20% (cottonseed meal) was the lowest,but there was no significant difference between four kinds of treatments (P>0.05).Specific radioactivity of free Leucine in plasma complied with significantly exponential function (P<0.05).
