绿色15W/40SG汽油机油的试验研究

Tentative study on the green 15W/40SG gasoline engine oil

采用植物油、150BS作为绿色15W/40SG汽油机油基础油,经过大量试验,研究了基础油对抗氧抗腐剂、清净分散剂、降凝剂等功能添加剂的感受性及添加剂之间的配伍性。在此基础上提出绿色15W/40SG汽油机油的优化配方,将研制油与进口和国产的两种同类油进行了对比试验。结果表明,其质量水平已达到15W/40SG的性能要求,且其生物降解性优于同类矿物基汽油机油。

The vegetable oil,as the main part mixed with 150BS,is chosen as base oil for green 15W/40SG gasoline engine oil.The sensitivity of the base oil to the additives such as detergent,disperse,antioxidant and corrosion inhibitors,and degrade pour etc,and the compatibility between them are studied by a series of tests.On the basis of these,the formulation of green 15W/40SG gasoline oil is presented.In addition,several experiments are made to evaluate the property of the formulation by comparing with the commercial oils.The results show that their qualities are equivalent and the former has better biodegradable performance than petrolatumbased engine oil.
