核桃方块芽接技术研究

Study on the technology of square bud graft of Juglans regia

探讨了核桃不同嫁接方法及芽片大小、芽接时间对嫁接成活率的影响.结果表明,核桃方块芽接比盾片芽接成活率高35.0%～97.2%,芽片大小以3cm×4cm为宜,嫁接最佳时期为6月份.此技术可使当年生苗达到1级苗出圃标准.

This paper deals with the effect of grafting methods, bud scales and grafting time of Juglans regia on surviving rate. The results indicate that surviving rate is 350～97.2 percent higher with square bud grafting method of 3 cm×4 cm bud than scutellum method, and the most appropriate bud grafting time is June. This technique can make one year old grafted seedlings reach the criterion of the first class seedling.
