摘要
2000-2001年,初步研究了饼肥对烤烟根系土壤中6种微生物数量的影响,结果表明:在烤烟整个生育期内,烤烟根系土壤中的细菌、真菌、放线菌的变化规律基本一致,分别在烤烟旺长期左右达到高峰值;饼肥不同处理对各生理菌群数量也有一定的影响,在烤烟生长前期施用饼肥能增加氨化细菌的数量,后期能增加纤维素分解菌的数量.
A study was conducted on the effect of cake seed sesame fertilizer on the soil microbe in root system of fluecured tobacco in 2000-2001.The results showed that the number of bacteria,fungi and actinomyces in all treatments reached the top in the fast growing days,the compounds of cake fertilizer in T1 and T2 could increase the number of ammonifying bacteria in the early growing days and the number of cellulose decomposing bacteria in the later growing period to a great extent.
