诸暨黑李"穿孔病病原菌的分离和鉴定

近年来,"诸暨黑李"发生严重的穿孔病,叶片产生褐色斑点并穿孔,枝干开裂溃疡,果实也产生粗糙具有裂缝的病斑.经对患病植珠病原菌进行分离、交叉回接和鉴定,确定其病原菌为假单胞菌科黄单胞菌属的野油菜黄单胞菌的桃李变种(Xanthomomonascampestrispvpruni).表明诸暨黑李所患的是细菌性穿孔病.

Recently, 'Zhuji black plum' has been infected with the disease of leaf shot hole. There appears symptoms on leaves, branches and fruits. We had separated and identified the pathogen .It turned out that the pathogen of the leaf shot hole of 'Zhuji black plum' was Xanthomomonas campestris pv prunis and the disease of 'Zhuji black plum' was bacterial leaf shot hole.
