家蚕卵长期保存中碳水化合物和蛋白质的代谢变化 被引量:3

摘要 应用气相色谱法、酚—硫酸法以及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和薄层扫描等方法,测定了现行品种(苏5×苏6)蚕卵滞育各阶段山梨醇、糖元和主要卵黄蛋白质的代谢变化,并探讨了环境温度与蚕卵长期保存的关系。结果表明:(1)家蚕卵滞育各阶段山梨醇、糖元的含量和卵黄蛋白质的某些电泳区带发生了规律性的变化。(2)山梨醇含量的变化,可作为生化指标监测和判断蚕卵的滞育阶段。(3)0℃区的环境温度调节,是一种能及时和2充分适应蚕卵滞育各阶段生理要求的、比较理想的长期保存蚕卵的方法。 With eggs of the practical popular variety (Su5×Su6)of silkworm as meterial, it was mesured that the metabolic changes of sorbitol, glycogen and main yolk protein of the eggs in every diapause stage by gas chromatography, phenol-sulfuric acid method, polyacrylamide gel elec-trophoresis and thin-layer scan and the relationship between the regulation of enviromental temperature and long preserved eggs were studied. The result shows : 1) Regulal changes took place in sorbitol and glycogen of the eggs in every diapause stage and some electrophoretic bands of yolk protein. 2) With the sorbitol content as biochemical index it can be considered to monitor and decide the stage which the diapause eggs are in. 3)The enviromental temperature regulation in 0 ℃ band is an ideal way to the physiological demands of the eggs in every diapause stage and to preserve eggs for a long time.
