摘要
目的 :探讨尾核内多巴胺活动对心血管功能的影响 ,方法 :给乌拉坦麻醉大鼠尾核内微量注射多巴胺受体激动剂、拮抗剂 ,观察其动脉血压和心率的变化。结果 :一侧尾核内微量注射多巴胺或多巴胺受体激动剂阿朴吗啡均引起大鼠动脉血压、心率的显著增加。注射多巴胺受体拮抗剂氟哌啶醇则引起血压和心率的降低。结论 :大鼠尾核可通过多巴胺受体起作用参与心血管活动的调控。
Objective:To study the effect of dopamin receptor agonist and antagonise in caudate nucleus on the cardiovascular function. Methods:Microinjected agonist or antagonist of dopamine receptors into caudate nucleus of anesthetized rats then observed the changes of arterial blood pressure and heart rate.Results:A microinjection of dopamine or apomorphinc, a dopamine receptor agonist, resulted in an evident increase in blood pressure and heart rate, but haloperidol (halo) can reduced them mildly.Conclusion:The results demonstrate that caudate nucleus may take part in the cardiovascular regulation through DA receptors.
