摘要
采用大田性诱测定及触角电位测定技术,从八种合成样品中筛选出反3,顺13-十八碳双烯醇-1乙酸酯,对桑蛀虫雄蛾具有明显的生物活性和触角电位响应,这一结构通过雌成虫性腺体漂洗液的气相层析而得到确证。触角毛测定结果表明,雄成虫对性信息素的感受主要是通过其触角上的毛形感器接受并作出的反应,通常在0.01μg就能引起敏感反应,且这种反应是专一的。性诱测报试验结果表明,性诱蛾量高峰日与全代发蛾50%高峰期之间的差异不显著。因此,性诱蛾量高峰日可作为蛾高峰期的指标发布虫情预报。
Z-13-octadecadienycl acetate,screened from eight synthetic samples,was apparently of biological activity and antenna electropotential response to the male individual of mulberry clearwing moth Paradoxecia pieli Lieu, by using the field sex-captured monitor and antenna electropotential measure technique. The constitution of this compoud was affirmed through the gas chromotograph analysis to the washings of sex-gland in the femal adult individual. The results obtained for determining the hair of antenna showed that the adult was responsive to sex- pheromone mainly through the hair-like receptor on the antenna,and this response was specifical.
The experimental results for sex-captured detecting and forecasting indicated there was no clear difference between the peak-day of the amount of sex-captured moth and 50% peak-day of the whole generation emergence. Therefore,we could usd the peak value for sex-captured moth as thd index for forecasting peak stage of the mulberry clearwing moth emerging.
