摘要
目的 :研究模拟失重对健康大鼠肺功能的影响。方法 :采用尾悬吊模拟失重 ,分为悬吊 7d和 2 1d及相应对照 4组 ,每组 10只健康雄性SD大鼠 ,共 40只大鼠 ,悬吊结束时 ,用小动物呼吸功能测定仪测量了肺功能的各项指标 ,并进行了对比分析。结果 :用力肺活量 (FVC)、0 3秒率 (FEV0。3 %)、峰值呼气流速 (PEF)、最大通气量(MVV)均大体呈下降趋势 ,但FVC在悬吊 7d时增大 ,且只有悬吊 7dFEV0 3 %和悬吊 2 1dMVV有统计学意义(P <0 0 5 )。气道阻力呈增大趋势 ,但吸气阻力 (Ri)在悬吊 2 1d却有所降低 ,且只有悬吊 7dRi有统计学意义(P <0 0 5 )。肺顺应性变化不大。结论 :模拟失重条件下 ,大鼠肺功能在 7d时FEV0 3 %和 2 1d时MVV降低 ,7d时Ri增高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of simulated weightlessness on lung function in healthy rats. Methods:Experiments were conducted on 40 Sprague-Dawley male rats,divided into 4 groups:suspended for 7 d,control of 7 d and suspended for 21 d,control of 21 d.Tail-suspension(-30° ) was used as weightlessness simulation.Lung function were studied with animal plethysmography when suspension ended.Test results were compared statistically. Results:Forced vital capacity(FVC), FEV 0.3%, Peak expiratory flow(PEF) and Maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV) tended to decrease,especially FEV 0.3% in 7 d and MVV in 21 d decreased significantly (P<0.05).Inspiratory resistance(Ri) and Expiratory resistance(Re) tended to increase and Ri in 7 d increased significantly(P<0.05).Compliance of lung(Cl) had not a prominent change.Conclusion:Simulated weightlessness in tail-suspended rats has certain effects on lung function.
