Prof. Xi Jiuyi's Experience on the Treatment of Thrombotic Deep Phlebitis

介绍奚九一教授应用中医药治疗血栓性深静脉炎的学术观点及临床治疗经验,奚教授认为湿热瘀阻是本病的病机特点,治疗遵循“分病求因,分期辨证,祛邪为重”的原则,临床分急性期和好转恢复期对血栓性深静脉炎进行辨证论治,效果显著。

Prof. Xi's academic view and clinical experience on TCM treatment of thrombotic deep phlebitis were presented. Me considered that damp-heat and blood-stasis are the characteristics of the pathogenesis of thrombotic deep phlebitis. He advocated the principle of cause discrimination and syndrome differentiation in various stages and put stress on the elimination of pathogenic agent for the treatment. Clinically he treated the disease by syndrome differentia-tion accordingly in the acute stage and restoration stage.
