神明口服液治疗血管性痴呆的临床与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Studies on the Treatment of Vascular Dementia by Shenming Oral Liquid

目的:观察神明口服液治疗血管性痴呆的疗效及实验研究。方法:对58例患者随机分为神明口服液治疗组32例和脑复康治疗组26例进行治疗观察,并进行相应动物实验研究。结果:总有效率治疗组为75.0%,对照组为46.2%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后的量表(MMSE,HDS,FAQ)积分比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。动物实验显示本方可以改善血液流变学指标、增强红细胞膜流动性、提高大鼠脑组织一氧化氮(NO)含量、降低脂褐素(LP)含量。结论:神明口服液实为治疗血管性痴呆的一种安全有效的纯中药制剂。

Objective: To observe the effect of Shenming Oral Liquid (SOL) for vascular dementia (VD) clinically and experimentally. Methods: 58 cases of VD were allocated to SOL treatment group (32 cases)and Naofukang treatment group(26 cases)randomly to observe the clinical effect and relevant animal experiments were carried out. Results: The total effective rate was 75. 0% and 46. 2% in treatment group and control group respectively (P<0.05). The scores by MMSE, HDS and FAQ questionaries showed significant difference(P <0.05) before and after treatment in both groups. The animal experiments showed that SOL can improve the index of blood rheology, enhance the fluidity of RBC cell membrane, increase the NO content of brain tissue in rats, and decrease the content of LP. Conclusion: SOL is a safe and pure Chinese drug preparation effective for VD.
