摘要
目的:观察化岩胶囊对S(180)荷瘤小鼠非特异性免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响,以探讨其抗肿瘤的机理。方法:50只小鼠随机分为正常空白组,模型对照组,化岩胶囊低、中、高剂量组。正常空白组、模型对照组用0.1%羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)灌胃,化岩胶囊低、中、高剂量组以2.5%、5%、10%的化岩胶囊灌胃。观察对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠单核吞噬细胞功能和淋巴细胞转化的影响。结果:化岩胶囊低、中、高剂量组各组单核吞噬细胞功能与正常空白组、模型对照组比较,差异无显著性意义,但均可提高淋巴细胞转化率,以中剂量效果为好。结论:适宜剂量的化岩胶囊可显著提高S_(180)荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能,发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Objective:To observe the influence of Huayan Capsule (HC) on non-specific immunology and cellular immunologic function of mice with transplanted S180, and to explore the anti-neo-plastic mechanism. Methods: 50 mice were allocated to normal blank group(NBG), model control group(MCG) and HC groups(low, moderate and high dosages) randomly. 0.1%CMC-Na was given by stomach perfusion for NBG and MCG, and 2. 5% , 5% and 10% HC was given by stomach perfusion for HC groups. The influence on mononuclear phagocytic function (MPF)and lymphocytic transformation in mice were observed. Results: The MPF of HC groups and NBG, MCG groups showed no shignificant difference, but the lym-phocytic transformation rate was increased, especially in those subjected to moderate HC dosage. Conclusion: A moderate dosage of HC can markedly increase the cellular immunologic function of mice with transplanted S180, and exert an anti-neoplastic effect.
