摘要
目的 应用蛋白质芯片联合检测卵巢癌患者血清中肿瘤标志物CA12 5、CEA、CA15 3和CA2 4 2。方法 将血清与蛋白质芯片在 37℃反应 30min ,再依次与反应液、检测液孵育 ,用生物芯片检测仪读取AFP、铁蛋白和CEA反应点。结果 卵巢癌患者的蛋白质芯片检测阳性率为 90 % ,显著高于正常对照、疾病对照组。蛋白质芯片的反应强度与血清标本中CA12 5、CEA、CA15 3含量具有较好的相关性。结论 采用蛋白质芯片联合检测多种肿瘤标志物 ,有助于提高肿瘤诊断的灵敏性。
Objective In view of united detection of tumor markers such as CA125?CEA?CA153 and CA242 in patients with ovarian cancer with protein chip. Methods The serum samples were incubated with protein chip at 37℃for 30min, then incubated with reaction solution and detection solution. Finally, the reaction spots of AFP, Ferritin and CEA were read by biochip supplies analysis. Results The positive ratio of C12 protein chip were 90% in ovaries cancer patients, which was markedly higher than those of normal and disease controls. The response intensity of protein chip was well correlated to the contents of CA125?CEA?CA153. Conclusion United detection of tumor markers with protein chip is heplful for improving the sensitivity of tumor diagnosis.
