民间资本供求及其自组织系统研究

Studies on Supply and Demand of Private Capital and Its Self-organized System

目前在投融资体制改革中出现了“两极怪圈”,即民间资本供应充分却处于“闲置”或“游离”状态,而民营企业因资金缺乏而陷入经营困境。要解除民间资本供求的这种错位现象,就必须运用市场化方法构建民间资本运行的自组织系统与内生性融资机制,有效地搭建民间资本投入到民营企业的桥梁和通道。

At present, there is a “two-pole loop” in investment and financing system reform, that is, abundant private capital is in the state of “idle” or “float”, while private enterprises get into operation plight because of the lack of capital. In order to solve this mismatch between supply and demand of private capital, self-organized system and endogenous financing mechanism for the operation of private capital should be established using market-oriented ways so as to bridge private capital and private enterprises.
