Rural Financial Reform:From the Perspective of Township Enterprises’Financing

解决乡镇企业融资问题,任何单项措施都不是立竿见影的,为此需要采取系统性措施。本文结合乡镇企业融资问题,探讨了当前农村金融改革的方向。提出要解决乡镇企业融资问题,仅靠农村金融改革是不够的。要将解决乡镇企业融资问题,同加快整个金融改革、加快乡镇企业结构的战略性调整结合起来,同经济体制、行政体制的改革和产业政策的调整结合起来。

To solve the township enterprises’ financing problems, any single measure cannot bring instant effects. Therefore, systematic measures are required. The article takes the township enterprises’ financing problems to explore the direction of present rural financial reform. It proposes that it is insufficient to solve the problems depending only on rural financial reform. To solve the problems, it should also take into consideration of accelerating the whole financial reform, accelerating strategic adjustment of township enterprises’ structure, and the reform of economic system, administration system and industrial policies.
