摘要
研究了氢化物发生ICP AES法测定土壤样品中痕量As、Sb和Bi的各种条件 ,拟定了分析方法。用本法对 4个土壤标样进行分析 ,结果与推荐值一致。方法的检出限为 (× 1 0 - 6) :As0 .0 7,Sb0 .0 3,Bi0 .0 2。
A method for determination of trace As, Sb and Bi in soil samples by hydride generation inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was described. The influence of ICP AES operating conditions, acidic media, and concentration of NaBH 4 solution on the intensity and S/B ratio of the spectral lines was also studied. The preferable experimental conditions were discussed, and the influence of co existent elements on the signal were investigated. This method was applied to determine the elements of standard soil samples, and the measured results were in good agreement with the recommend value. The detection limits of the method were 0 07×10 -6 for As, 0.03×10 -6 for Sb,0.02×10 -6 for Bi,respectively.
