摘要
采用脉冲微量进样火焰原子吸收光谱法测定血清、脑组织及骨中铁含量。血清样品经稀释后直接测定 ,脑组织及骨样品采用HNO3 HClO4湿法消化。实验探讨了进样体积、提升速度等影响因素 ,方法的相对标准偏差为 1 .1 %~3 3% ,平均回收率为 99.0 %~ 1 0 0 .1 %。
The levels of Fe in the serum, brain and bone samples was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry using the pulse nebulization technique. The influence of sampling volume, uptake rate of solutions, and other factors was investigated. The serum sample was directly diluted with volume fraction 1.5% HCl solution. The brain and bone samples were digested by HNO 3 HClO 4. A 100 μL aliquot of the solution was then nebulied and the peak height of the transient output pulse was monitored. The average recoveries of 99.0%~100.1% with relative standard deviations of 1.07%~3.32% were achieved and the detection limit was 0 0079 μg/mL.
