摘要 介绍了模块快堆的堆芯概念方案和模块快堆的嬗变特性 。 The transuranic elements especially the minor actinides (MA) in spent fuel represent potential environmental radiotoxicity hazard in the long term. A rudimental method to solve this problem is partitioning and transmutation. From the technical point of view, now fast reactors are the most practical transmutation facility and perhaps have adequate transmutation efficacy. The conceptual core design and the transmutation characteristics of modular fast reactor were introduced, and the role of the modular fast reactor to restrain the growing of MA accumulation in China was analyzed.
