摘要 研究了BaTiO3 BaSnO3 系陶瓷电容器瓷料中掺杂稀土氧化物Y2 O3 和Dy2 O3 及不同掺杂方式对材料介电性能的影响。初步制得有高介电常数、低温度变化率的高压陶瓷电容器瓷料 ,应用X 射线衍射对样品进行微观结构分析 。 In this paper the effects of Y 2O 3 and Dy 2O 3 and Dy 2O 3 doping on the dielectric properties of BaTiO 3-BaSnO 3 systerm were studied,and the relationship between the doping and dielectric properties of the material were discussed.A kind of ceramic material with high dielectric constant and low temperature coefficient therefore was obtained.With the aids of X-ray analysis,the samples were analyzed,and the results were used to discuss the mechanism of improving characteristics.
