摘要
分析了纳米材料对汽车面漆涂料性能的影响机理 ,提出了利用纳米材料TiO2 提高汽车面漆涂料耐老化性能的设想。对于金红石型纳米TiO2 ,屏蔽紫外线的最佳粒径为 65~ 13 0nm。制订了纳米涂料的研制方案 。
The effect mechanisms of the nano materials on automotive topcoats properties are analyzed in this paper,a new idea to enhance the ageing resistance of the automotive topcoats by means of nano material TiO 2 is offered.As to rutile nano TiO 2,the optimum particle of barrier ultraviolet is 65~130nm.The research and development proposal of the nano coating is worked out,its key problem is to solve the dispersibility and stability of nano materials in the coating
