Natural Abscisic Acid Produced by Fungus Fermentation

中科院成都生物研究所承担并完成了国家“九五”科技攻关专题“真菌发酵生产天然脱落酸”。通过获得高产菌株并进行高产菌株发酵工艺和产物提取工艺研究,建立了5t发酵罐的天然脱落酸工业化小型中试生产线;进行脱落酸在农作物上的田间药效试验,完成其毒理学研究,制定天然脱落酸产品的质量标准,为实现其工业化生产和农业实用化打下了良好基础。

Chengdu Research Institute of Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has fulfilled the national key research project ' Production of Natural Abscisic Acid by Fungus Fermentation'. Base on obtained high yield fungus strain and research work in fermentation process with it and extracting process, a small pilot production line with a fermenter of 5m3 capacity was established. Field experiment for efficiency of natural abscisic acid on crops and research of its toxicology were carried out, all these works have been laied good foundation for its commercialized production and practical application in agriculture.
