摘要 对两条含蜡原油管道发生初凝的现象进行了分析,认为无论连续运行或间歇运行,都应在地温较低的月份将下游的进站温度控制在高于输送介质凝点十3℃以上,并以此确定含蜡原油输送管道的最低允许进站温度。综合分析结果表明,含蜡原油管道最低允许进站温度,应该根据允许停输时间、原油流变和屈服特性、温度条件、启动压力和排量等条件定量计算,并与现场试验相结合来确定。 By analyzing the part-gel-shutdown accident occurred in two waxy crude pipelines,it is considered that for a waxy crude oil pipeline operated continuously or intermittently,the downstream inlet temperature of oil must be a certain temperature which is 3 C higher than its pour point in the winter or lower ground temperature. In other seasons, the inlet temperature may be lower than the certain temperature when ground temperature is higher. The determination of minimum allowable inlet temperature should be based on the allowable shutdown time,rheology and yield behavior of crude oil,temperature condition,start-up pressure and flow rate to do a quantitative calculation and combine with the results of site test.
