摘要
介绍了干气密封的原理及其在燕化1300kt/a中压加氢裂化装置的使用情况,分析了干气密封故障产生的原因,通过改造密封供气系统、放空系统、迷宫密封及优化开机方案,大大降低了干气密封故障,保障了加氢裂化装置的安稳运行。
The principles of non-contact gas lubricated seal and it' s application in the 1300kt/a Hydro-cracking unit in the Refinery of Beijing Yanshan Branch are recommended. The reasons of the seal's failure are analyzed. By meaning of remarking of the seal's gas-supply system, vent system, labyrinth seal and optimizing the compressor's start-up procedure, the seal's failures are eliminated. The service life of the recycle compressor is prolonged.
